Wastewater treatment plants
PROSPECT ENERGO a.s. is a supplier of mechanical-biological wastewater treatment plants for communities and towns ranging in population from 2,000 to 25,000; this technology is also suitable for the food industry. Composed of modularly arranged above-ground cylindrical tanks, the treatment plant design is the result of many years of experience in the wastewater treatment industry. The tanks can be made of reinforced concrete, using monolithic technology, or of high-quality heavy-duty enamel sheet metal.
Our treatment plants are characterised by the integration of the dosing and activation tanks into one concentric biological tank and a separate sludge tank. The tanks can also be partially buried in the ground. This way, the annular activation tank can be readily divided into D-N (Denitrification-Nitrification) or R-D-N (Regeneration-Denitrification-Nitrification) system sections as required. Both systems constitute BAT (Best Available Technique) technologies according to European Union directives.

Sludge management
All basic functions of the treatment plant are controlled and monitored by an automated SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) control system. It automatically regulates individual equipment, displays current operating conditions on the control room PC monitor, and collects and saves all operation data. Moreover, the control system allows for manual remote control. The control system can also be accessed remotely via the Internet. In addition, all drives are fitted with local control boxes.
