Piping system welding

We offer comprehensive assembly and welding services for piping systems and metal structures. Our services include turnkey installations, ranging from the supply of materials and accessories, provision of all necessary handling equipment to facilitate the installation, to worker transport and accommodation as well as the required testing and inspections.

We also specialize in stainless steel and carbon steel welding (pipes and sheets) as well as in the assembly and welding of plastic piping for liquids and gases.

 

Welding methods used:

A) Stainless and carbon steel materials:

  • TIG - manual tungsten inert gas welding in a protected atmosphere
  • MMA - manual arc welding using coated fusion electrodes

B) Plastic pipes made of PP-H, PP-R (PP-N), PE, PVDF and PB:

  • butt welding
  • electric-adaptor welding
  • polyfusion welding

 C) Plastic pipes made of PVC-U, PVC-C and ABS

  •  gluing

 

Our welders qualifications:

Stainless steel and steel carbon materials in accordance with EN 9606-1:

  • arc melting welding with electrode without protective gas EN ISO 4063 (11)
  • metal inert gas welding (MIG welding) EN ISO 4063 (131)
  • metal active gas welding (MAG welding) EN ISO 4063 (135)
  • tungsten inert gas arc welding (TIG welding) EN ISO 4063 (141)
  • arc welding with tungsten electrode in inert gas without filler material EN ISO 4063 (142)
  • arc welding with tungsten electrode in inert gas using cored wire or rod EN ISO 4063 (143)
  • arc welding with tungsten electrode in reducing gas, otherwise inert gas, using solid wire or rod EN ISO 4063 (145)

Plastic piping made of PP-H, PP-R (PP-N), PE, PVDF, PB, PVC-U, PVC-C and ABS:

  • thermal element welding – butt welding EN 13067
  • thermal element welding – sleeve (polyfusion) welding EN 13067
  • electric welding adaptor welding EN 13067
  • solvent welding – bonding EN 13067

 

The installation scope can range from smaller separate components up to complete piping system deliveries including design, material supply, installation and corresponding testing (pressure testing).
