Installation of biogas plant tanks in Mladá Boleslav, Czech Republic

We completed the following installation operations for our partner:

Collaboration on the installation of two tank roofs with a diameter of 16.2 m each.
Installation of 2 tanks with a diameter of 14.5 m and a height of 13 sections each.
Tank installation with a diameter of 11.09 m and a height of 13 sections.

The tanks are part of the biogas plant technological unit.

Delivery and assembly of a waster treatment tank in Litovel, Czech Republic

For PROSPECT spol. s r.o., our parent company, we delivered and assembled a stainless steel reactor in Litovel. The unit is a stainless steel bolted tank with the following parameters:

Diameter: 16.22 m

Height of the cylindrical section: 9.87 m

Total volume: 2,040 m³

The tank is covered, equipped with a central agitator and thermally insulated.

Assembly of biogas plant tanks in Rheine, Germany

We completed the following installation operations for our long-standing partner:

Collaboration on the installation of tank roofs with a diameter of 23.9 m.
Installation of 2 tanks with a diameter of 23.9 m and a height of 15.5 sections each.

The tanks are part of the biogas plant technological unit.

Delivery and assembly of a wastewater treatment dual tank in Litovel, Czech Republic

For PROSPECT spol. s r.o., our parent company, we delivered and assembled a dual tank in Litovel. The system comprises concentric enamel-coated bolted tanks with the following parameters:

Diameter: 18.0 / 8.57 m

Height of the cylindrical section: 5.8 m

Total volume: 1.473 m3

The tank is open-roofed with a concrete bottom. It is equipped with a surface wiper, aeration system and agitators.

Piping system delivery and installation in the liquid fertiliser warehouse in Podivín, Czech Republic

For the investor – Navos, a.s., we did a complete replacement of the existing steel pipes with stainless steel piping in the liquid fertilizer warehouse in Podivín.

Completion timeframe: July–August 2023

Assembly of bulk material silos for farmers in Wipperfürth, Germany

For our long-standing partner we completed the installation of two of four silos for the storage of agricultural bulk materials.

The silos have a diameter of 8.54 m and a height of 18 sections each.

Assembly of the tank for biogas power plant in Greven - Germany

For our long-standing partner we assebled tank for the biogas power plant.

It was the digester with solid roof with next dimensions:

Diamater: 22,2 m
Height: 14,5 rings

Completion timeframe: November - December 2023

Pipeline assembly at UCED Elektrárně Prostějov - Czech Republic

As a subcontractor, we participated in the assembly of part of the technological equipment, which included:

Filter assembly
Pump assembly
Ventilation tower assembly

Plastic and stainless steel pipelines were also part of the assembly.

Reconstruction of the water reservoir in Hlavnice - Czech Republic

For our new customer, we carried out a complete mechanical and technological reconstruction of a water reservoir in the village of Hlavnice in the Opava region. As part of the construction, provisional pumping and provision of drinking water for the surrounding villages were first carried out. The original piping and technological equipment of the water reservoir was dismantled. The new technological solution was implemented using new piping, the delivery of an automatic pressure station and the installation of new control and measuring equipment. The work also included the implementation of a new technological electrical part, which also included a new technological process control system.

Completion timeframe: February - June 2025

Modernization of biogas station TEKRO Nitra - Slovakia

As a general contractor, we carried out the modernization of the biogas station in Velký Ďúr, which included the following items:

Delivery and installation of two new complete secondary fermenters including double-membrane roofs, heating circuits, mixing system and thermal insulation
Repair of two existing fermenters including replacement of roofs, heating circuits, addition of mixing system and thermal insulation
Repair of the biofilter
Delivery and installation of an additional mixer in the homogenization tank
Replacement of unsuitable pipework with new stainless steel ones including thermal insulation

The delivery and installation included all necessary tests and preparation of project documentation necessary for approval.

Completion timeframe: June 2024 – June 2025

Delivery and instalation of wastewater tanks - Wrocław - Poland

For our new customer we have delivered and built two tanks for storing wastewater from his wastewater treatment plant.

The tanks have the following parameters:

Diameter: 8.54 m
Height: 11.5 m - 8 rings

The tanks are also thermally insulated.

Completion timeframe: December 2024 – January 2026
