Pumping stations for water supply systems

Clean, potable water pumping stations incorporated into every water supply system are designed for water pumping and pressure boosting. They are used for pumping water from water treatment reservoirs or from wells and boreholes to water tanks and/or for boosting water pressure in the water supply network. They are usually designed for industrial operations, high-rise buildings, larger residential buildings, hospitals, schools, irrigation systems, etc.

We supply complete pumping station technical designs based on the requirements of the entire water supply system, including accessories – piping (plastic, stainless steel), all control valves, including control, measurement and regulation systems and communication with the master control system.

All project documentation is prepared on the basis of the approved design followed by the delivery, installation and commissioning of the automated pumping station (ATS).

We provide complete warranty and post-warranty service for the entire pressure system.

Wastewater pumping stations

The majority of our pumping station installations are for sewage treatment plants or for water pumping applications in apartment complexes, larger subdivisions, plants, streets or urban areas connected to pressure or gravity sewer systems.

We perform both new pumping sump installations and existing sump reconstructions. We supply and assemble complete pumping technology, including mechanical pre-treatment equipment if required. Each pumping station consists of sludge pumps from leading suppliers (KSB, Grundfos, Wilo), discharge piping fitted with check valves, shut-off valves, level monitoring sensors (ultrasound, floats, pressure probes) and a control unit.

Filtration

In general, filtration is the process that separates unwanted solids (sand, rust, sludge, etc.) from the media used (water in our case). Our company offers and completes installations ranging from standard equipment, such as sand filters, to automatic self-rinsing filters, reverse osmosis for DEMI water production, to ion exchange technologies.

Our extensive experience in the field and the practical application of proven technologies allow us to design tailor-made filtration systems and provide optimal solutions in terms of both the technology used and the associated investment and operating costs.

We provide comprehensive services ranging from quotation, design, delivery and installation of components, including the complete filtration technology, to warranty and post-warranty service. An integral component of the filtration technology is the control, monitoring and regulation system, as wells as the master control system communication if required.

Filtration alone is mostly used in production, pre-treatment and purification of process water in industrial facilities or in water management for the purpose of tertiary water purification for example.
